Non-woven materials

Non-woven materials: the spunbond for use in different areas

The spun bond for other sectors of the national economy.

Thermally bonded fabric produced using the modern technology spunbond is used in various fields. Unlike other materials, the spunbond boasts a high level of quality that complies with international standards. The canvas comes in a wide range of colours taking into account the wishes and needs of the customer.

1. Healthcare and hygiene

Non-woven material spunbond is the best kind of material for the production of medical and hygiene products as it has the required set of performance properties (strong, soft, sterilisable, non-allergic, non-toxic, and hygienic). Clothes for surgeons, medical personnel, and medical facility visitors - hats, gowns, aprons, shoe covers, slippers, safety face masks, protective suits, duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, etc.

Used as covering layer for products that absorb body fluids: diapers for children and the elderly, pads and pillows, napkins.

Interest in the use of non-woven materials in the textile industry could be explained with the following properties: low thermal conductivity, low specific gravity, non-toxic. Products made of non-woven materials can be cleaned and hand washed, sterilized and easily ironed.

3. Furniture trade

Non-woven materials are widely used in the construction of mattresses and coverings of surfaces (interior) as upholstery, padding, and insulation material, etc.

The material can easily be further processed (easily sewn, welded, washed and cleaned, it also being acid- and alkali-proof).

4. Construction

A new type of material made of polypropylene fibers having various barrier properties - Paroizol. This material is of utmost importance for roofing using shingles, plastic, slate, and onduline; as wall covering when installing insulation in modern construction of buildings; to protect scaffolding when repairing facades of buildings.

Paroizol is characterized by high strength (tensile strength along the length of value 200 is 189N), thermal insulation properties, which reduces the cost of insulating mats, by the degree of fire resistance, antibacterial and antifungal properties, eco-friendliness; it is also light and easy to use.
